What are the normal shipping times?

We normally shipping schedule is 3-5 business days from date of order. We ship Monday thru Friday. If your order hasn’t shipped by day 6, please contact us for further information regarding your order.

Do you ship to my State?

Why is my tracking number showing invalid?

Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking info to update to the UPS website. We load a trailer throughout the day and UPS then picks up in the evening and transports to the UPS hub. Where the first scan will take place and tracking information will be updated.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and click on secure checkout. You will then be instructed to add your state, zip code, and city for shipping rates. We ship UPS Ground only.

What is the return policy?

Power Rounds has a company policy that all sales are final. No exchange or returns.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before the order status has switched to “shipped.” Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
